In light of Governor Wolfe's directions and in an effort to support communal health through social distancing, our office is open and currently functioning remotely. My assistant and I remain available to assist you and answer your questions, but the physical office is presently closed. Please also note that all hearings and mediations in Upper Darby and Malvern are cancelled through March 30. This is subject to reassessment.
Hearings in Philadelphia are also cancelled, but mediations might be held telephonically. This will be decided on a case by case basis. We are not recommending that anyone attend an IME presently scheduled in March. Most have been cancelled.
